- Milk: 1 cup
- Rice flour: 1 tbsp.
- Sugar: 2 tbsp.
- Rose water: 1/2 cup
- Saffron if desired: a little bit
- Vanilla if desired: one drop
First mix all the ingredients except the rose water. Mix it thoroughly so that the rice flour dissolves completely in the Kheer. Use good quality rice flour that is not darken in color and has a good aroma.
