Ingredients for baked zucchini with Parmesan
- 1 cup bread crumb or more as needed
- 4 zucchinis
- 1 cup milk
- 1/ 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt to taste
First preheat the oven to 350 F. Then slice the zucchinis into strips almost half-inch thick.
Place all the ingredients except milk in a bowl.
Mix well until combine.
Then dip zucchini slices in milk.
Coat them with Parmesan coating.
Place all coated zucchini slices on the cooking rack and bake for 10 to 15 minutes and then switch the oven to broil and bake on broil for about 5 minutes until the coating is golden brown.
