Chicken kebabs are amazing foods and are cooked almost the same way but marinated with different ingredients. In this recipe, I teach you to make a sauce with chopped vegetables that we use during and after cooking the kebab and marinate the chickens with this green delicious sauce.

Tips and tricks

  • It is better not to keep this sauce inside the refrigerator for too long but if you made too much of it you can freeze the rest of the sauce and use it later. Leave the sauce out of the fridge at room temperature to unfreeze it and don't use heat.
