Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe


In this post, I want to put cookie with Chocolate’s chips recipe. Wich is really famous and delicious. Hope you like it!

Quick Recipe

  1. Mix dry materials included flour, Baking soda and corn starch and Sieve it then put it away
  2. Pulverize sugar if it has big seeds
  3. Put butter in the indirect heat to melt
  4. First mix butter with brown sugar and white sugar’s powder to be uniformit
  5. Add egg and one yolk with vanilla then stir it with electric stirrer to mix well
  6. Add those dry materials and mix it slowly to make it paste
  7. Now add chocolate pieces and mix it with the paste
  8. Wrap cellophane around the paste then put it in the refrigerator make it rest minimum for 4 hours and maximum for 4 days
  9. After resting, bring the paste out and let it be the same temperature as environment
  10. Now try to soft the paste your hands and then roll them the same size of walnut and put it on the oily paper in the tray with 10 cm apart of each other.
  11. turn on and preheat the oven in 150 degrees and put cookies in it for 10_12 minutes to bake

  • 270 grams of flour
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking soda
  • 2 spoons of corn starch
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 120 grams of brown sugar
  • 100 grams of powdered white sugar
  • 1 egg and 1 yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 200 grams of chocolate chips

For this cookies, use dark chocolates because it itself has enough sugar in it.I used both Chocolate chips and chocolate pieces that i my opinion, those wich I chopped, were more attractive than another one. So for making my cookie look attractive,when I was rolling the paste of it, I added some chopped pieces of chocolate and it was awsome!

This cookie has a crispy texture and it is soft inside. But you should pay attention about the bake timing and oven temperature.if it stay more than it should in the oven,it will be stiff and dry

Why Cookie Will be Smoothen While Cooking?

Usually desserts that have a lot amount of butter in them,will be smootheb while cooking. You shouldn’t smooth the paste yourself you should put the balls paste in the oven and let it get smooth. Because if you do so, it will be soft and thin

Why Cookie Get dry?

As I told, The most important tip is bake timing and The oven’s temperature but there is another tips too. First one, is that you should accept that because cookie has butter and egg in it, no matter what,it will be crispy and dry. but it’s not so much to annoy. and corn starch,will make the cookies smooth and soft.
