Tips and tricks

  • Covering the top layer with aluminum foil ensures the cheese remains soft and elastic since it protects it from overheating and getting too dry.
  • Be careful. It's impossible to cut the hot lasagna as soon as you take it out of the oven and get a beautiful shaped slice. Because the hot molten cheese between layers let the noodles slide with ease. To have a lovely lasagna, be sure to let it cool, and the cheese is a little bit solidified.
