Grilled Chicken With Espagnole Sauce Recipe

Ingredients for grilled chicken with Espagnole sauce

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2/3 cup Espagnole sauce
  • 400 grams broccoli
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Direction

Place the vegetable oil, salt, pepper, paprika powder, onion powder and garlic powder in a bowl, stir to combine.

Dip the chicken breast in the mixture.

Pound the chicken breast with a mallet to a thickness of almost 1/2 inch.

Place the chicken in a nonstick skillet over medium low heat and cook for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile plunge the broccoli in boiling water and let them cook for about 5 minute.

Flip the chicken to cook both sides.
