Made this cookie today, but it wasn’t crispy, so I baked it for 15-20 minutes and it came perfect, I line crispy cookies

I'm going to use baking soda; I just don't know about 3 cups of flour and a recipe that screams 2 cups flour and no water. Water in cookies. IDK about that!

Baking SODA? (In instructions)or Baking POWDER?? (in ingredients list) Over 1000 calories per “serving”? What constitutes a serving? The whole batch? Looking further for a better recipe. Sorry.
I tried it with baking powder as stated in the recipe, but next time I will try baking soda as stated in the instructions. Very confusing.
