Tips and tricks
- To cut clean and tidy, use a sharp knife and dip it in warm water before cutting, then dry up and cut.
- Be sure to keep the fudge in a container with a lid in the refrigerator, because butter and chocolate quickly absorb the smell of the refrigerator and environment.
Background & History
Butter and chocolate are used to make fudge. You can add a variety of nuts to it and also use peanut butter instead of butter, it depends on your own taste, but since I think the taste of walnuts with chocolate is a great combination in this recipe so we used walnuts.
