Ingredients for chocolate brownies
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 , 1/2 cups white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
First preheat the oven to 350 F then melt the butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. When the butter melt remove the sauce pan from heat and add the sugar.
Beat the sugar and butter with a hand beater until combine.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract beat the mixture to combine.
Sift the dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder) and then add to the mixture.
Beat well until smooth.
Grease and flour a baking pan and spread the batter into prepared pan.
Bake the brownies in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not over cook to have a creamy and fudgy texture at the end.
