This banana bread is the best when you want to have something amazing for your brunch that is not too sweet. It has a soft and moist texture and an amazing taste that could be prepared in ten minutes and needs one hour to be baked.
Prepare your ingredients and turn on the oven at 180 C to warm up.
Mash up the bananas with a fork. You can mash them up until there is no hard piece in them or keep some of the small chunks of banana if you like to have them in your bread.
Add the sugar to banana and mix them with a blender.
Add the eggs to the mixture and mix them with a blender until they are combined well.
Add milk and oil and blend them with the mixture.
sieve flour and baking powder and add them to the batter.
Grease the pan with some butter and cover it with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan. Tap the pan to release the air bubbles inside the batter. Bake the banana bread inside the oven for about one hour at 180C .
After one hour, take your banana bread out of the oven. Do the skewer test and see if it comes out clean, if so, your banana bread is ready.
