اسلایس پای سیب با سس کارامل

I've always thought making apple pies must be really difficult but when I first made it, I realized it wasn't that hard. I promise, once you feel the smell of caramel and apple inside your house, you are going to make one every week.

Ingredients

2.5 cups flour
1.5 cup cold butter
0.5 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons cold water
8 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flavor
1.4 cup water
1 cup sugar
5 apple
1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
1 yolk

Instructions:

Prepare the pie curst ingredients: the flour, the cold butter, the cold water and the sugar.

Mix flour, the cold butter, sugar and salt with a fork.

Add the cold water to the mixture and knead the batter with your hands.

After the sugar is melted, let the sauce boil on the low heat for 3 minutes.
