This indeed is the easiest tiramisu I have ever made. It is also delicious. Thanks for a great recipe that I’m not afraid to serve to anyone because – no raw eggs!

Tips and tricks

  • make sure to soak the sugarless side of the ladyfinger biscuits in the coffee. I used Nescafe coffee because it has the right amount of sugar. Take the biscuits out of the coffee instantly because they might lose their shape.

Background & History

There are several ways to make your tiramisu and some of these recipes contain eggs. I was never an egg fan so I made my tiramisu eggless in my recipe.
