Best Ever Zucchini Walnut Bread
Zucchini bread with its cakey texture, wonderful taste, and amazing cinnamon smell could be one of the best afternoon meals for you.
Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Beat the eggs with oil, sugar, and vanilla in a deep bowl until they are combined well.
Mix flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder in another bowl, sift them 3 times, and then add them to your batter and whisk well.
Wash the zucchinis and grate them. Add the zucchinis and walnuts to your dough and mix them completely.
Grease your medium-sized loaf pan and cover it with parchment paper. Pour the dough into the pan and bake it for 40 to 60 minutes at 175°C inside the oven.
Test your cake with a toothpick to see if it's done. Now you can take it out of the oven and let it cool down for 20 minutes. You can take the cake out of the pan after it has cooled down and enjoy it.

My mom loves zucchini and uses it in all of her meals, she made zucchini cake a couple of times as well. At first, I wasn't interested in it but changed my mind afterward and liked its taste. I tried this recipe for my mom because I knew she would love it.
