Cheesy Chicken & Mushroom Lasagna Recipe
Lasagna is an Italian dish made of stacked layers of thin flat pasta which is made with meat, chicken, and vegetables. The dish may be topped with melted grated mozzarella cheese. You can serve it with anything you like.
First, prepare ingredients. Then dice chickens and onion.
Sauté onion until golden then add chicken. Cook them until are brown.
Add chopped mushrooms to the mixture and sauté until are tender.
Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, and thyme. Place it over low heat.
Melt extra butter over low heat and gently stir in flour. Stir in stock and mix until smooth.
Add milk and stirring continuously. When the sauce starts to thicken, season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes then remove from heat.
Now, grease into the baking dish and spread a layer of Béchamel sauce.
Add a layer of sheets and pour some cheese then pour chicken sauce. Repeat this step with lasagna, Béchamel sauce, chicken, and cheese until the dish is filled up.
Finally, top with Béchamel sauce and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is golden.
Remove from oven and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
Tips and tricks
- You can cook Lasagna in a non-stick dish and place it on simmer ring and over low heat.
- After removing from oven, let stand a few minutes to cut it clear and better. When it`s hot, the sheets may be separate.
