Ingredients

1 cup flour
0.75 cup milk
3 teaspoon sugar
1 egg
30 grams, 2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoons baking powder
0.5 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions:
