Mix the room temperature milk and egg in a deep bowl and whisk them until they are blended completely.
Add the vinegar to the batter and whisk well. when you add the vinegar, the milk will curdle and separates into curds and lumps.
Melt the butter and add it to your batter and blend them well.
Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and whisk them with the batter.
