Perfect Buttery Mashed Potato
If the mashed potato has two qualities, we can say that it is an excellent mashed potato. one of them is the soft texture and the other is the taste of butter. This mashed potato has both of these qualities.
Peel the potato and chop.
Pour enough water over the potatoes.
Cook on medium heat for about a quarter.
Drain the potatoes hot until extra water comes out, then add butter, salt, and pepper in this step.
Start pureeing with a meat grinder or puree equipment and add the milk little by little. Keep on until having a smooth and delicate texture.
Finally, before serving, use a little chopped parsley or scallion to make it more beautiful.
Tips and tricks
- Be sure to peel the potatoes before cooking. This will make your puree taste better.
- Add milk little by little. It may need more. Add enough to have the desired softness.

I used to make only one model of mashed potatoes... which really tasted great, it was mashed potatoes with hot onions with lots of oil. Although I like it very much, I suffer from a lot of oil 😅 . also this mashed potato that I once tried for gratin, has a delicious taste.😍
