Beef Egg Rolls Recipe

In my opinion egg rolls are one the best appetizers and this crispy beef egg rolls are perfect. Each one of them is packed with ground beef, crunchy carrots and cabbage which give it an amazing texture and flavor. Ingredients

8 wrapper egg roll wrappers
0.5 pound ground beef
3 small (5-1/2" long) carrots
3 cup shredded cabbage
2 medium peppers
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp minced garlic
1 medium onion
30 gram water
10 gram all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon olive oil
0.5 tsp salt
0.2 tsp black pepper
