It's obvious that mac and and cheese is filled with a lot cheese and if you are a cheese lover you are going to be satisfied with it, but I assure you, this recipe is something more than that.
Prepare the ingredients for the mac and cheese.
Cook and drain the pasta as usual.
Put a pan on heat and melt the butter inside it. Sprinkle one tablespoon of flour inside the pan and whisk it while you are cooking it with the butter.
Add the milk to the pan and whisk it well so that they are all blended and the sauce starts thickening up.
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to the sauce.
Add the cheddar cheese to the sauce.
At last add parmesan and pizza cheese to the sauce and whisk them well on the heat.
Add the drained pasta to the cheese sauce.
At this point the mac and cheese is ready but I want to use even more cheese on to of it!
So I put the mac and cheese mixture into my baking dish.
Cover the dish with cheese and put it in the oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
Take the mac and cheese out of the oven when it's golden.
Your mac and cheese is ready now. you can serve and enjoy it.
Tips and tricks
- If you like the taste of garlic in your pasta, make sure you add more to your mac and cheese.
- When you at first add the milk, the sauce will be a little watery but soon it will thicken up on the heat.

Mac and cheese is a British dish made by macaroni and cheddar cheese, but here in this recipe I used a lot of parmesan cheese as well.
