Ingredients

200 Gram Tomato
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 Tbs Tomato paste
2 Tsp Sugar
0.5 Tsp Salt
3 Tablespoons Fresh basil
1 Tsp Thyme powder
1 Clove Garlic

Puree tomatoes with basil or chop the basil separately and peel the tomatoes and puree them.

Mash the garlic and saute it with olive oil on low heat, it does not need to turn golden.⁣
