Ingredients for skinless fried chicken
- 3 skinless chicken drumsticks
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup frying oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs or Panko
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
Combine the flour, paprika powder, garlic powder, enough salt and red pepper in a bowl.
Put the chicken in the flour mixture and coat them with flour one by one.
Crack the eggs in a bowl and add some salt then beat well.
Dip the flour coated chicken in beaten egg.
Transfer the chicken to bread crumbs or panko and coat them with bread crumbs too. Set aside the chicken for about 10 minute.
Heat almost 2 cups frying oil in a small pot. Place the chicken strips in the pot.
Fry the chicken over low heat until they cook on the inside and get golden on the outside for about 20 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pot and drain them on a paper towel.
