1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1 large egg
0.5 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Black pepper

Mix half a kilo of beef minced meat with onion, garlic, egg, 2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of ketchup sauce and salt and pepper.
