The Perfect Garlic and Tomato Sauce for Pizza
A pizza without a good essence isn't an attractive combination, and it can't raise your content. A pizza can be heavenly delicious, with a simple sauce made by delicate basil flavor.
Chop garlic and basil and if you're using fresh tomatoes, peel and puree them in a mixer.
Heat the pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic with olive oil.
Pour the tomato puree, salt, and pepper into the roasted garlic.
Put the lid and let it simmer for 2 minutes to evaporate, so the tomato juice turns to a paste.
Chop basil and add it to the sauce when it's almost ready with the lid off. You can turn off the stove after 1 minute.
Spread the sauce over the pizza dough when it's cool and add anything you like on it, such as chicken, ham, vegetables, etc., and place it in the oven and enjoy.
