Ingredients

5 medium eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon spring onions
4 slices bread

Instructions:

Wash the eggs and put them in water on medium heat until the water comes to a boil.

Take the eggs out of the boiling water after 20 minutes and put them in ice water. This helps you remove the shell easier.

Remove the shell and crush the eggs by a fork for the filling of the sandwich. Leave one of the eggs aside.

Mix the mayonnaise with the crushed eggs.

Mince the spring onions and add them to the eggs with spices.

Cut out the edges of two pieces of bread. Cut the egg in half and place it in the middle of the bread.

Cover the pieces of bread equally with egg salad. Put them on top of each other. and cut them in half with a sharp knife.
