Ingredients for guacamole
- 2 avocados
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt to taste
First peel and core the avocados and then mash them with a fork.
Add minced garlic and lime juice too, mix them well.
Finely diced the tomato.
Chop the cilantro.
Then dice the onion too.
Now add all of them to avocado mixture.
Mix them well stir in salt to taste and put at least 1 hour in refrigerator to taste better.
Now your tasty guacamole is ready to enjoy.
