Ingredients

500 grams Ground beef
1 cup Pinto beans
200 grams Tomato
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
200 grams Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Bell pepper
1 medium Onions
4 cloves Garlic
100 grams Parsley
1 teaspoon Turmeric
0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
100 grams Tortilla bread

Instructions:

1

Prepare the burrito ingredients. cook the beans.

2

At first, chop the garlic and onions and fry them in a greased pan.

3

To mash our beans we have to soak them in the water the night before, then boil them, and after that mash the softened beans and mix them with some salt and black pepper in a blender.

4

Add your ground beef to the golden fried onions. I added some soy ground to the mixture too.

5

When the meat lost its water add some boiled water to it to cook slowly.

6

When your beef is softened and perfectly cooked add some tomato paste to the mixture.

7

Chop your vegetables and fry them for 5 minutes to make them ready to use in your filling.

8

Cover the bread with mashed beans.

9

Put one layer of beef on the mashed beans. Fry some tomatoes and put them on top of your beef.

10

Add fried sweet pepper to your fillings. You can use them in different colors. Add some fresh parsley to make your burrito smell better.

11

The last layer is the mozzarella cheese that you can put on top of your vegetables.

12

After finishing the layering, you should wrap them tight enough, so the wrap can hold filling inside it.

13

Wrap it with some foil, this way so you can put it in the oven or keep it in the freezer.

14

cook the wrap in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C. After you take it out of the oven, let it cool down well.

15

Now you can have your hot spicy burrito. You can enjoy it with some fresh lemon juice and your favorite drink.
