Background & History

I have tried the non-diet version of banana bread with butter and sugar before and because it was so delicious, my daughter kept asking me thousand times to bake it. When I saw a healthy version of the recipe, I said to myself that I should try this and if the result was good, I would keep baking the bread in this way. Because it's healthier and I wouldn't be worried about my daughter's health so much.
