Ingredients

1 cup flour
0.75 cup milk
3 teaspoon sugar
1 egg
30 grams, 2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions:

Mix the room temperature milk and egg in a deep bowl and whisk them until they are blended completely.

Add the vinegar to the batter and whisk well. when you add the vinegar, the milk will curdle and separates into curds and lumps.

Melt the butter and add it to your batter and blend them well.

Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and whisk them with the batter.

Whisk until the ingredients are well blended and the viscosity of your batter is the same as the picture.

Put the pan on medium heat. Pour one ladle of the batter into the hot pan. When you see the little holes in your pancake, it's time to turn them.

Turn the pancake so the other side is fried too.
