When we talk about milkshakes there is a creamy, sweet, full of Calorie drinks in our mind. They are delicious and unfortunately full of fat, but there is a good news here, this banana milkshake is delicious and creamy as much as a full of ice cream milkshake but without ice cream or cream.
Ingredients for healthy banana milkshake
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Peel the bananas and freeze them.
Cut the frozen bananas into 4 to 5 pieces and place them in blender pour in the milk too.
Blend them until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the milkshake in a glass.
Top with spray cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
