Shepherd's pie is a traditional dish with lots of fans because it is very nutritious and full of proteins and vegetables and could become a wonderful family meal. This is the best thing I have ever had and I suggest you try it too.

Ingredients

1 Large Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
500 Grams Beaf
1 Large Carrots
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons Tomato paste
3 Large Potato
50 Grams Butter
0.25 cup Milk
1 Cup Grated pizza cheese
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Red pepper
1 Teaspoon Thyme powder
1 Cup Meat juice

Instructions:

First, let's prepare the shepherd's pie ingredients.

Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces and cook them.

Chop the garlic and onion and fry them with a sprinkle of turmeric powder.

Grate the carrots and add them to the onion.

Add the ground beef to the mixture and cook for about ten minutes until they change in color.

Then add the flour to the mixture.

Add the tomato paste to the mixture and let them cook for a few minutes.

Pour the meat juice into the pan as well and mix it with the beef.

Add the green peas and thyme powder and mix them and let them cook on heat for 10 minutes.

You should prepare the mashed potato after you cooked the beef. Mash the cooked potatoes and mix them with butter.

Add milk and whisk well.

Add pizza cheese, pepper, and salt and whisk well.

Put the beef layer inside a proper dish.

Cover the beef layer with the mashed potato. you can carve shapes on it with a fork.

Put it inside the oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 30 minutes. Your Shepherd's pie is ready.
