Ingredients

1 small carrot
2 medium potatoes
1 large onion
2 kg whole chicken
10 cloves garlics
2 teaspoons rosemary
1 medium green chili
50 grams butter
1 medium fresh lemon
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions:

First, you need to chop the vegetables (potato, onion, carrot, half of the garlic, half of the green chili, and rosemary) into large pieces. Use half of the lemon juice to add to your vegetables.

Wash the chicken with water and dry it with a piece of cloth. Sprinkle some salt and pepper inside and outside of your chicken. Put 5 garlic cloves, half a green chili, half of the lemon, and one tablespoon of fresh or dried rosemary inside your chicken.

After filling the chicken's cavity you can sew it with thread and a needle to prevent the stuff from coming out of it. Truss the chicken with cooking twine.

After trussing your chicken, use a brush to grease it with butter.

Now put the vegetables beside your chicken and put it in the preheated oven for 2 to 2 hours and 30 minutes at 185C.

When the chicken becomes golden, it is ready to serve.
