0.5 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 medium egg
0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

The main ingredients for the crepe are flour, milk, egg, and salt. I added some vegetables to the crepe witch is optional and you can add anything you want to the recipe.

Add everything to a blender or whisk everything well. My batter is green because I added some vegetables to my recipe.

Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it over low heat. Use a ladle to pour the batter into the pan. Wait until it turns gold in color, then flip crepe carefully and cook the other side too.

I love walnut and cheese so I filled my crepes with them. You can fill your crepe with different ingredients such as : meat, mushrooms, carrots and sweet pepper, or spinach and cheese, or, ham, mushrooms and cheese, or any other thing you desire.

Tips and tricks

  • I think the best way to bake crepe is to fry them in a pan. you can grease the pan with some oil or butter so the crepe won't be dry. don't grease the pan when you are baking sweet crepe.
  • Make sure not to change the size of your ladle and don't use a pan that is too big. So that your crepes won't vary in size.
