Chicken and cheese penne

Penne is an Italian extruded type of pasta with cylinder-shaped pieces. Penne pasta with chicken and cheese has a very good taste and can be considered one of the most delicious types of pasta. it can be serve either for dinner or lunch.


  • 250 g penne (shaped pasta)
  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme powder
  • Pizza cheese, salt, pepper, turmeric and oil as needed

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 dessertspoon grated garlic
  • 20 g of butter


First of all, cut up the chicken and mix it with half of paprika, thyme, salt, pepper and turmeric and then leave it for a while.

Sauté the grated onion with oil until golden then add tomato paste. Sauté again and when it has fried, add thyme, paprika, turmeric and salt.

Now add the chicken, mix them together and put it to cook well.

Sauté grated garlic with butter (no need to be golden).

Add the milk and let it to warm up not to boil(this sauce does not need flour because when it mix, the milk will completely absorb by the pasta.

Now mix the drained pasta with the chicken and pour the sauce all over the pasta mixture and cover it with pizza cheese.

Put the dish in the oven at 160 degrees for about 45 minutes. Finally turn on the flame on the top in order to the cheese to be golden and then serve it after 5 minutes.
